Two Deise Plays for the price of one
Waterford, Ireland. Mourners arrive at The Holy Family church only to find the deceased missing. Jimmy wakes up with some head on him, only to find a coffin in his sitting room and Ted knocking at the door. What the f*ck is he after doing?
Pat Daly's black comedy of drink, drugs, friendship & mortality returns to Waterford by popular demand featuring Michael Quinlan (Misterman, This is England, Moon for The Misbegotten in New York) & Paul Connaughton (Druid Theatre Co, Dublin's Gate Theatre, Wonder Woman 84), and directed by Aidan Kelly (RSC, NT, Abbey Theatre).
She never sleeps well. She never remembers her dreams. Her first boyfriend ghosted her six years ago so what the f*ck is he doing sitting on the end of her bed in the middle of the night? Now she’s going back to the last place on Earth she wants to be. Waterford. Home.
A brand new Waterford play performed by Anne O’Riordan (Call The Midwife, Wizard of Oz, The Lonesome West), Ghosting will make its debut at the Theatre Royal in a double bill with the classic Waterford play Rigor Mortis following previews in London. Created by Anne O’Riordan & Jamie Beamish and directed by Aidan Kelly.
One night, two plays, ALL Waterford.
